We dispatches the orders from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays, and they are dispatched until 48 working hours after confirmation of the order.
We ship to this countries: Portugal, Áustria, Bélgica, Chéquia, Dinamarca, Finlândia, França, Alemanha, Irlanda, Itália, Países Baixos, Noruega, Polónia, Espanha, Suécia, Suíça, Reino Unido, Alanda, Albânia, Andorra, Arménia, Bósnia e Herzegovina, Bulgária, Chipre, Cidade do Vaticano, Croácia, Eslováquia, Eslovénia, Estónia, Geórgia, Gibraltar, Grécia, Guadalupe, Hungria, Islândia, Jersey, Kosovo, Letónia, Listenstaine, Lituânia, Luxemburgo, Macedónia do Norte, Maiote, Malta, Moldávia, Mónaco, Montenegro, Reunião, Roménia, São Marinho, Sérvia, Svalbard e Jan Mayen, Ucrânia.
If during the processing of the order any unavailability of the product is detected, we will inform you and the you will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the unavailability.
Ladback's ability to respond within these deadlines varies depending on stock availability, as well as during promotional periods, sales and Christmas.
If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to geral@shopladback.pt informing us of what happened. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
It is up to you, at the time of delivery, to inspect the packaging for any damage and, if you notice any sign of this, you should not accept delivery of the parcel, which will be returned to the carrier. The situation should be reported, documented with photographs, via e-mail to geral@shopladback.pt and if you agree, Ladback will resend the order at no cost to you. If you wishes to cancel the order, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Delivery is deemed to have taken place with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
